To ensure compliance with all FDA and AATB guidelines related to tracking for human cells, tissues, and cellular and tissue-based products (HCT/Ps), all tissue tracking must be reported using either: the Allograft Tracking Record provided in the final packaging of each allograft, or the designated email address listed below. Please use these methods exclusively for submitting any tissue tracking information.
